Build Together · $1,200

Your team learns to build this, on your own work.

Four 90-minute sessions over four weeks, plus email in between. You bring a real job, the weekly numbers or the deduction file or the reorder follow-up, and your team builds it while I guide the decisions. What you keep at the end is not just the build: it is somebody inside your company who can take the next one on without me.

The package

$1,200. Four sessions, four weeks.

  • Four 90-minute working sessions, one a week, screen shared.
  • Email between sessions, answered within one business day.
  • You pick the job, and you can change it week to week.
  • Whatever gets built runs in your accounts and stays yours.
The four decisions

A build that runs and a build you can trust are not the same thing.

Four decisions separate them, and every one of them is made before a line of the job exists. Your person makes them with me in the room rather than finding out which way they went a month later:

  • Which part of the job to automate first, and which part to leave a person doing.
  • Where to put the check that stops a wrong number travelling.
  • What breaks the first time it meets real data, so it breaks in front of you instead of in a month.
  • When the honest answer is a setting in software you already pay for, rather than anything built.
Choosing between the two

This, or I build it for you.

Build Together

Your team is on the keyboard and I guide. It costs less, it takes longer on the calendar, and it asks real hours of whoever is building. You come out of it with the capability as well as the build.

Right when you have somebody good who wants to own this, and you would rather not call me every time the business changes.

Workflow Build

I am on the keyboard and you approve. It costs more, it lands faster, and the outcome is mine to deliver rather than yours to reach.

Right when the job needs doing now and everyone’s week is already full. You can always do one of these first and learn on the next one.

Not sure which job to start with at all? That is the CPG AI Assessment, and it ranks them for you before you spend anything on building.

Questions
Who needs to be in the room?

Whoever already holds your tools together: the person who builds the Shopify reports, or lives in the 3PL export. They do not need to be technical. They need to know how the job actually gets done.

What if we do not finish in four sessions?

You book another four, or you stop. I am not promising a finished job here, because I am not the one building it. What is fixed is the four sessions and the email between them.

Can we change what we work on?

Week to week if you want. Most operations look different by session three than they did on session one, and the sessions follow whatever is costing you the most that week.

What do we keep afterwards?

The build, in your accounts, and the person who built it. That second one is the point. Everything I explain in a session is meant to be reusable on the next job without me on the call.
