- What breaks the first time it meets real data, so it breaks in front of you instead of in a month.
- When the honest answer is a setting in software you already pay for, rather than anything built.

Your team is on the keyboard and I guide. It costs less, it takes longer on the calendar, and it asks real hours of whoever is building. You come out of it with the capability as well as the build.

Who needs to be in the room?
Whoever already holds your tools together: the person who builds the Shopify reports, or lives in the 3PL export. They do not need to be technical. They need to know how the job actually gets done.
What if we do not finish in four sessions?
You book another four, or you stop. I am not promising a finished job here, because I am not the one building it. What is fixed is the four sessions and the email between them.
Can we change what we work on?
Week to week if you want. Most operations look different by session three than they did on session one, and the sessions follow whatever is costing you the most that week.
What do we keep afterwards?
The build, in your accounts, and the person who built it. That second one is the point. Everything I explain in a session is meant to be reusable on the next job without me on the call.
